Badass 30 Day Push-Up Challenge
One month from now you're going to be able to say you just did 1,700+ push-ups in one month. #BADASS
My brain knows it: the push-up is a classic move and one of the best things you can do to hit your chest, shoulders, arms, and core in one swoop. However, for some reason, upper body strength has always been my weakness. And because it's "my weakness" I tend to avoid upper body exercises, and gravitate toward my strengths...my legs.
Fuck that. I've decided that upper body weakness isn't my weakness anymore. Over the next 30 days I'm challenging myself to change my story. I believe (and remind myself often) that there is an athlete inside of everyone. And I've noticed that the only workouts I regret are the ones I don't do. So from June 1-30 I'm doing the Baddass 30 Day Push-Up Challenge, and I'm inviting you to join me too!
